The features
described in this
section pertain to the
reporting features of
our solutions. With
helpful reporting, users
can determine that Web
files are fully
accessible or comply
with specific web site
quality factors, such
as: Privacy,
Searchability, Alt Text
Quality or Custom Test
Suites. In addition,
accessibility reporting
should identify Web
elements that fail
accessibility testing.
Enhanced accessibility
reports provide users
with graphical
representations of
results, as well as the
ability for users to
create custom ad-hoc
reports on demand to
obtain specific
information.

Link Phrase Report
The Generate Link
Phrase report shows
a listing of pages
where hyperlinks
containing the
phrase Click Here or
other user-defined
entry were found.
When a screen reader
views your web
pages, it is common
for the screen
reader to list all
the hyperlinks on
the page. If several
links are all
reported as Click
Here, then it is
much harder for the
end user using
assistive technology
to discern the page. |

Data Table Link
Report
AccMonitor and
AccVerify can
programmatically
determine tables
that are used for
layout based upon
the Table
Verification
Settings available
from the Settings
menu and comment
tags placed by the
AccRepair table
utility. If a table
is not a layout
table based upon
this Table
Verification
Settings, or by
specific comment
tags added with the
AccRepair plug-in,
then the table is
listed as a data
table. Data tables
need to meet certain
accessibility
criteria as outlined
in W3C WCAG Priority
1 rules 5.1 and 5.2
and Section 508
Rules G and H. This
report gives a
listing of all
tables which are
potentially data
tables that are
found on the site.
The end user is the
final judge as to
whether the table is
used to present data
(as in tabular
format) or whether
the table is used
for design. |
