AccVerify® Publisher for Microsoft Office System

HiSoftware AccVerify and Microsoft Office System 2003
are the perfect complements to each other for creating
accessible content for Web distribution. Document
authors can easily share accessible HTML documents with
customers, colleagues, and partners around the world.
Using the AccVerify publisher for Microsoft Office
ensures that documents can be accessed and opened across
a broad range of users regardless of any disabilities
they may have, because it verifies that documents are in
conformance with accessibility standards and guidelines.
This new component will be an integrated new feature in
HiSoftware’s acclaimed AccVerify and AccRepair
Solutions, that will dramatically decrease the cost of
making Internet, Intranet, and Extranet content
accessible and usable.

AccVerify® Usability Test Manager 1.0
HiSoftware is pleased to provide a comprehensive
Usability Test Manager to all of our AccVerify customers
at no charge. This value added plug-in will work on any
system that has AccVerify or AccRepair installed,
including AccVerify SE for FrontPage.
Essential Functionality
This new component to your Accessibility and Usability
test system will augment the existing automated
usability testing available in AccVerify providing a
visual verification and tracking system for all
usability testing.

AccVerify® Combined Project Report Publisher
HiSoftware is pleased to make available the Combined
Report Publisher. This utility lets AccVerify users who
use the Project feature of the software to quickly and
easily create combined reporting.
Example:
If you have three projects for your web site:
Sales, Support, and Services and you print reports for
them regularly, you may want to print a single report
to see the overall picture.
This new utility allows you to print that report!

AccSoft™ Software Accessibility Test Management
HiSoftware is pleased to make available the AccSoft
Plug-In for AccVerify. This new plug-in is free to all
Registered AccVerify or AccRepair customers. It is for
the management of Section 508 or other Accessibility
Standards for Software.

AccMonitor™
Combined Web Report Publisher
HiSoftware is pleased to make available the AccMonitor
Utility, the Combined Report Publisher. This new utility
is free to all Registered AccMonitor customers. It
allows for the combination of all webs of choice to
produce a single report.
e.g. www.hisoftware.com/access & www.hisoftware.com/support
may be defined as different webs, however you may want
them to print as a single report without having to rerun
as a single project and tasking your system. Simply use
this new utility to publish your report. Supports all
Web types.

HiSoftware® Accessible
Form Creator
The HiSoftware Accessible Form Creator allows you to
create forms for web sites containing all the additional
markup required to make the forms accessible under
Section 508 standards and the W3C WCAG 1.0 Priority 1-3
Guidelines.
The HiSoftware Accessible Form Creator is intended to
make creating accessible forms easy, regardless of the
skill of the developer. It is designed for creating
accessible HTML code related to the design, appearance,
accessibility, and usability for the form. From there,
a web developer can then code the back-end functionality
of the form, whether CGI programs, FrontPage Extensions,
or other methods are used to get the form to perform its
actions. Please review the documentation for your web
editing programs, web server and other web technology
you are using in order to complete these "back-end"
configurations.
