The New Integration pack allows for integrated verification of accessibility, searchability, privacy policy, and other custom content integrity requirements for Visual Studio .NET Enterprise users. The Visual Studio .NET - Enterprise Integration
AccVerify's Integration for Microsoft® Visual Studio .NET is used to verify content and Web based applications or services for Quality and Integrity. The Integration pack is available at no additional cost for Visual Studio .NET users. You can either download it from HiSoftware's Web (Prior to version 6.0) site or select it as an Installation option during the AccVerify Install.

The Integration Pack Includes:

• Completely developed scripts  for Testing your Web Based Application for the following quality factors:
  • Accessibility (Section 508 or WCAG based or Derived Guidelines)
  • Metadata Policy
  • Searchability
  • Intellectual Property and Web Site Exposure Policies
  • Privacy related Policies
  • XML Accessibility Guidelines
  • and any other quality factor for which you may need to validate conformance for HTML, XHTML, XML or any other text or element based content
• Complete Documentation
• Sample test code that can be easily integrated into your current Application Center Test code.

How it works:

1. Developer completes and Deploys Web Based Application or combination of application and Web Based content

2. Within VS. NET Environment or by Starting the Application Center Test in the Enterprise Features folder in the start menu, the user will create or use an existing test script to validate their application. At this point the user inserts the HiSoftware AccVerify Function into the script.
   (HiSoftware Ships several canned functions providing the ability to test static or dynamic applications/content)

The Functions:

• Test File - A core function/wrapper to the AccVerify API allows for testing a File/URL for Content Quality / Accessibility.

• Test Result Object - A more dynamic approach for enterprise Applications or sites to allow for testing the current result object in your ACT (Application Center Test)  test.

These core functions/wrappers are open source and can be easily modified to match your exact needs/requirements.
