HiSoftware to Present the New Accessibility Kit for SharePoint version 2.0 at Microsoft Roundtable Sessions in Washington, DC

selected by partner Microsoft to
present the future version 2.0 of
Accessibility Kit for SharePoint (AKS)
at Microsoft’s Roundtable event in
Washington, DC on November 19, 2008.
Hosted by Rob Sinclair, Director of
the Microsoft Accessibility Business
Unit in Washington DC, the
Roundtable sessions will provide
participants with a sneak preview of
upcoming products, demonstrations of
new and future technologies and
discussion. As part of the
presentations, HiSoftware will
discuss the new features that will
be included in version 2.0 of the
AKS, available in December 2008. The
AKS is jointly developed by
Microsoft and HiSoftware and
provides reusable tools and
components as well as documentation
and tutorials to ensure that
Microsoft Office SharePointŪ Server
(MOSS) provides a basic solution for
accessibility. It is available under
the Microsoft Public Licence as Open
Source code to the community through
Codeplex.
