HiSoftware Names Jeff Butts Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Seasoned sales executive to lead world-wide sales and channel development

Nashua, NH – September 8, 2009 – HiSoftware (www.hisoftware.com), a leading provider of software, services and managed operation solutions that monitor and optimize content governance, regulatory compliance and Web marketing analysis, today announced that Jeff Butts has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, helping ensure the company continues its strong financial growth and expand its global channel. He will have global responsibility for all customer facing activities which includes generating revenue through the company’s direct sales force and various channels of distribution.

Before joining HiSoftware, Butts spent seven years with Bottomline Technologies, most recently as the Vice President of Sales for the $35M Document Process Automation group. He was instrumental in driving revenue through new product innovation, channel partnerships and managed the division’s sales organization. As a seasoned sales professional, he has held sales management roles at several leading technology companies including: Create!form International, Omtool and Keyfile. Butts holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Bryant University.
