was selected by the Entertainment
Software Rating Board (ESRB) to
provide software solutions which
will result in enhanced privacy
monitoring capabilities for the ESRB
Privacy Online program. The ESRB
Privacy Online program exists to
help participating companies comply
with the growing complexity of
privacy protection laws, and assists
in their efforts to make the
Internet a secure, reliable and
productive place to share
information and conduct business.

FTC. ESRB will actively monitor over
750 web sites using HiSoftware’s
proprietary software, which permits
customization of monitoring
activities to more effectively meet
each of their individual sets of
privacy requirements.
