Portal for SharePoint
Community-based portal to support
over 4,000 users of the
Accessibility Kit for SharePoint
(AKS)

launched the Accessibility Community
Portal for SharePoint, a community
based website for the more than
4,000 users of the Accessibility Kit
for SharePoint (AKS) public source
solution.

The Accessibility Community
Portal for SharePoint will provide
community members with a rich
environment to interact, share
successes stories, access product
updates, FAQs, Whitepapers, view the
Accessibility Event calendar and
more. New discussion boards will
allow community members to better
support one another by creating a
Knowledge base where members can
search for answers to common issues.
The site will also give members
access to the highly anticipated AKS
v2.0 and the new HiSoftware
accessible Rich Text Editor (aRTE),
a text editor for the Microsoft
Office SharePointŪ Server (MOSS)
2007 and Windows SharePoint Services
(WSS) 3.0 environments.
