and Content Quality solutions, announced

conformance to Section 508 Accessibility
Standards, and organizational content
quality standards.
In addition to

for Accessibility, Privacy (Section
208), Metadata and Usability standards,
these solutions allow an organization’s
experts and/or policy managers to define
content policies and to validate
compliance with these policies.

Webmasters and Content Managers with the
necessary tools to test and remediate
existing content and content in
development for conformance. FDIC
Webmasters will be using HiSoftware
solutions to create and manage sites
that are accessible and Section 508
compliant.
HiSoftware’s “Acc” product line includes
a combination of user-driven interactive
desktop solutions that allow developers
to test their content for conformance
with standards, and server-side
applications that provide managers with
automated and remote testing. A scalable
architecture provides a faster
deployment time and lower cost of
ownership for the solution set. Used
together these solutions enable
developers, testers and project teams to
verify Web site accessibility in
compliance with Section 508, as well as
Custom corporate-content quality
standards. The solutions provide
Webmasters with a simple, cost-effective
way to manage accessibility and content
quality testing within their development
