product and product version. Enhanced
Support and services can be acquired from
HiSoftware. Product Support Types Over a
Products Life:
- Full Support:
Feature Packs,
Installation Support, Product Enhancements
are being developed, External References
are maintained.
- Supported:
Product is Still Supported
but no longer being developed. For new
features and feature packs the customer
would need to upgrade.
- Limited Support:
Product is three
releases back. For specific problems or
corruptions new installs are available via
online or email support requests. You can
contact HiSoftware to acquire contracted
support (Extended Support)
- Not Supported:
The product is no
longer supported via normal technical
support, however, you can contact
HiSoftware to acquire contracted support
(Extended Support)

latest version of a HiSoftware Solution with AutoUpdater: If you have version 4.0 of a
product, and we release version 4.01 you
will be
able to download these updates via AutoUpdater. If your version of the software
does not include AutoUpdater please contact
